Amplified
AI leverage for experienced operators
Amplified is where you build your Professional Intelligence Layer — the structured methodology for encoding your judgment, decision frameworks, and domain expertise into Claude so it works with your thinking, not around it.
Not a course. 4 weeks of live working sessions and weekly 1-on-1 consulting with Jim, designed for people who have decades of judgment and want to know how to deploy it.

Cohort size is capped at 6–10 participants to protect the quality of the peer room.
Who this is for
Directors, executives, and senior managers
15+ years of genuine domain expertise
Responsible for decisions that affect teams or divisions
Using AI occasionally — but not systematically
Frustrated by AI content built for developers
Want leverage, not productivity tips
4 weeks. 4 levels of leverage.
Every week produces a deliverable. Not notes — something you built and can use.
Week 1
Audit
Map what you have. The diagnostic questions that surface your judgment standards, decision frameworks, and domain expertise — the five encoding categories of your Professional Intelligence Layer.
Week 2
Build
Create leverage for yourself. Move from prompting to problem architecture — structured frameworks you can reuse and hand off.
Week 3
Extend
Design leverage for your team. Build the quality standards and workflows that let your people use AI without losing judgment.
Week 4
Scale
Architect leverage for your organisation. Walk out with a concrete proposal — a pilot, a pitch, a system others can use.
How it works
Live group sessions
Every Saturday, 2 hours. Not a webinar — a working session where ideas get stress-tested by experienced peers.
Weekly 1-on-1
1 hour per week with Jim. Implementation consulting, not coaching. You bring the problem; Jim tells you what to change.
The peer room
6–10 selected participants. Executives with executives. Every person in the room can say something useful to every other.
